On Enterprise at this headcount you get 30 onboarding hours included at the start, and 2 a month after — so you may not need a package at all.

An on-site visit carries a fixed fee of EGP 1,500 in Cairo and Giza, and is quoted elsewhere. Travel time is not deducted from the hours; only time working on site is.
Enterprise customers get 15% off any extra package.
The rules
- Packages are prepaid; unused hours are not refunded and do not carry over past their validity.
- Deducted in half-hour units, with a monthly log for the customer of every request and its time.
- Hours beyond the package are charged at the Starter package's hourly rate.
- Remote by default; an on-site visit is available from the Standard package at the fixed visit fee.
- Custom reports, workflows and programming are estimated in hours, with the scope agreed before work starts.
